Employment practices :

Sanyog seeks out and retain highly skilled and motivated employees regardless of gender, age, race, national origin, or sexual preference. Sanyog is very strict about racial abuse and does not tolerate any behavioural violations.
 
Harassment :
Sanyog provides a safe haven to work and does not tolerate neither any physical or verbal abuse nor intimidation of this sort.
 
Drugs & Alcohol :

Sanyog employees may not possess, use or sell illegal drugs on sanyog property or perform their duty under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sanyog may require employees to take drug tests to ensure a drug-free workplace.
 
Minimum Hiring Age :
In most cases- regular full-time employees must be 18 years old. Sanyog does not purchase or supply any products using forced or indentured child labour.
Any violation of these standards should be reported to the human resource manager or any law representative
